Title: I need a break thru: Riding the Pendulum

We finish our current sermon series entitled I Need a Break Thru this week. Everyone gets off course once in a while in their life. We drift in a relationship. We fall behind on some bills. We gain a few extra pounds. We may coast in our spiritual lives. Last week, Pastor Greg urged us to develop a habit of paying attention to our emotions, noticing God, and living a “slinky life” of repentance and belief. This week, we consider how to live a “pendulum life” that balances work and rest, productivity and leisure, growth and pruning.
